  Called in to the office today and Dianna cheerfully answered the phone. I said who I was and told her why I was calling. By the time I finished my short question, she had our account already on her screen. Dianna answered my question about our account quickly and accurately. She efficiently took a payment over the phone and within minutes my receipt was in my email inbox! Very refreshing to get something taken care of over the phone without waiting minutes and having numerous transfers and lots of questions! Great service makes for customer loyalty!

  I feel incredibly fortunate to have such a great agency handle our insurance needs. The team at Brent Ward's agency is excellent. I specifically work with Karyn Hammond. She has handled our crazy blended family situation with teenage drivers, our home, umbrella policy and personal property riders. I have the utmost confidence in her consultation and rest at ease knowing we are protected. The Brent Ward Agency truly has our best interest at heart.

  I have been with Brent Ward insurance company for 28 years and always had a high quality service from all the various agents that went through the agency over the years. Recently, Dianna Lagervall was helping me with rather complicated insurance issues due to my moving away to another country. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and help me solve the problem. I am glad to see that the Brent Ward agency has still such professional and capable agents.
